Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and the firm's online tools. The most important ones are first: this site is information, not legal advice, and reading it does not make you a client.

Last updated: September 12, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by Inclusive Law Group LLC, a Colorado law firm. By using the site, the chat assistant, text messaging with the firm, or the scheduling and payment tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Information, not legal advice

Everything on this site (pages, guides, FAQs, pricing, and responses from the chat assistant) is general information. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from an attorney who knows the facts of your situation. Laws change, deadlines are unforgiving, and small factual differences change outcomes. Do not act or refrain from acting based on anything on this site without consulting a qualified attorney.

3. No attorney-client relationship

Viewing this site, submitting the contact form, chatting with the assistant, texting, calling, or booking a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is created only after the firm completes a conflict-of-interest check and both you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement that defines the scope of the work.

Until then, information you send is kept confidential under the rules that protect prospective clients, but the firm has no duty to act on it, including watching any deadline in your matter, and you should not treat anything on this site or in the chat as advice about your situation.

4. Where the firm practices

Dr. Adriana Martinez Rodriguez is licensed in Colorado and Missouri, and in Venezuela. Immigration law is federal, so the firm can assist with U.S. immigration matters regardless of the state you live in. The firm does not practice the law of any other state or country, and nothing on this site is an offer to do so.

5. AI chat assistant and AI phone receptionist

The chat window on this site is an AI assistant built on Claude (Anthropic), and calls to (720) 953-5ILG (5454) are answered by an AI appointment receptionist (Echowin). Both generate automated responses that may be incomplete or inaccurate. Neither gives legal advice, and no statement either one makes binds the firm or creates a deadline commitment, a fee quote, or an engagement. Conversations, including recorded and transcribed calls, are stored and may be reviewed by the firm.

Use the assistants for general questions, scheduling, and intake. Do not use them to obtain advice about another person's matter, to submit false information, or to send documents or details you would not want a third-party service to hold. For anything that matters to your legal position, speak with the attorney.

6. Text messaging

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive text messages from the firm about scheduling, your inquiry, billing, and links you request. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to texts is not a condition of hiring the firm. Text messaging is not a reliable channel for urgent or deadline-critical instructions. Call the firm for anything urgent.

7. Consent to communications

By providing a phone number, email address, or WhatsApp number anywhere on this site, you agree that the firm may contact you through those channels about your inquiry, your documents, scheduling, billing, and your matter, by call, text message, email, or WhatsApp message. You may withdraw that consent at any time (reply STOP, use an unsubscribe link, or email info@inclusivelg.com), and consent is never a condition of hiring the firm.

Text messages, WhatsApp, and the chat assistant are not reliable channels for urgent or deadline-critical instructions. If you have a deadline, call the firm at (720) 739-0037.

8. Consultations, fees, and payments

Consultations are generally paid engagements and are scheduled through the booking tools linked on this site. Published flat fees apply to the scope described for each service; work outside a described scope is quoted separately before it begins. Court filing fees and third-party costs are not included unless stated.

Payments are processed by third-party processors (including Stripe, PayPal, and LawPay). Third-party financing options (Affirm, Klarna, PayPal Pay Later, and Flexxbuy) are independent services under their own terms; the firm does not extend credit and is not a party to a financing agreement between you and a provider.

9. Document library, forms, and the preparedness packet

Guides, checklists, and forms in the Resources library are provided for general preparedness and information. Downloading them, and giving your name and email to do so, does not make you a client and does not obligate the firm to take any action for you.

Some documents are pre-completed with the firm's information as a convenience, including USCIS Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative. A Form G-28 has no effect until it is signed by both the person represented and the attorney and filed with the relevant agency, and the firm signs and files it only after it has accepted the engagement, completed a conflict check, and signed a written engagement agreement. Until then the firm has not appeared for you, has no duty to act, and will not be notified if a family member is detained. If you or a family member are detained, call the firm immediately.

Forms change. Check the version date on the official agency website before relying on a form, keep signed originals in a safe place you and a trusted person can reach, and do not alter the firm's information on any document.

10. Self-help tools and estimators

The calculators and screeners on this site (child support and maintenance estimators, the matter gauge, and the immigration screeners) apply published guidelines to the numbers and answers you enter. They are illustrative only. They are not a court determination, an eligibility decision, or a prediction of your case, and they do not account for every factor a court or agency may weigh. Confirm any result with the attorney before relying on it.

11. Testimonials and past results

This site may contain client reviews and descriptions of past matters. They reflect those clients' experiences and those matters' facts. Past results do not guarantee, and are not a prediction of, the outcome of your matter. This website is attorney advertising in jurisdictions that classify it as such.

12. Your use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site or its tools: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or scrape data, no submitting false information for conflict checks or intake, no abusive or harassing use of the chat assistant or text channel, and no use of the site's content to impersonate the firm.

13. Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, design, graphics, and the firm's name and logo) belongs to Inclusive Law Group LLC or its licensors. You may read, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other reproduction or use requires the firm's written permission.

14. Third-party services

The client portal, scheduling, payments, financing, and social-media links are third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The firm is not responsible for their availability or how they process your information. Review their terms before use.

15. Electronic communications and signatures

You agree that the firm may send notices, confirmations, invoices, and documents to you electronically, and that electronic signatures on engagement agreements and other documents are valid and binding to the same extent as ink signatures under Colorado and federal law. Keep your contact details current so those communications reach you.

16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inclusive Law Group LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or its tools, including reliance on general information or assistant responses. Nothing in these terms limits duties the firm owes a client under a signed engagement agreement or the rules of professional conduct.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute over the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
