Solutions
Two practice areas. Five ways to be supported.
What you need help with, and how much help you need, are separate questions. Answering them separately is the whole point of how this firm is built.
Practice areas
The law we practice.
Where the firm's substantive expertise sits.
Family Law
When your family's structure is being decided.
Divorce, parenting, support, and property: the matters that decide what daily life looks like on the other side. Handled with the seriousness that deserves.
Immigration Law
When your right to stay is the question.
Family petitions, humanitarian relief, employment-based cases, naturalization, and removal defense, handled by an attorney who has been through the process as an applicant.
Still deciding
You don't have to know the answer before you call.
Most people book a consultation before they're sure what they need. That's normal, not a red flag.
Support options
How we can work together.
The same expertise, delivered at the level your matter genuinely calls for. None of these is a discount on another; two of them are not representation at all.
Full Representation
The whole matter, carried for you.
Traditional representation, from first consultation to final order and whatever follows it. One attorney, accountable for all of it.
Inclusive Unbundled Services
An attorney, precisely where it counts.
Also called unbundled representation. We agree in writing on specific tasks; the attorney carries those completely. You handle the rest of the matter.
Drafts on Demand
You appear. We draft.
An attorney prepares your filings. You file them under your own name and speak for yourself. Court-standard drafting, at a fee you know before we start.
Mediation
The decision stays with the people it affects.
A confidential, voluntary process where a neutral third party helps both sides reach their own agreement, instead of handing the decision to a judge who met your family this morning.
Child & Family Investigations
An independent voice for the child's interests.
When a court needs an independent account of what actually serves a child, it appoints a Child and Family Investigator: a neutral role, impartial by design, that does not represent either parent.
Compare
Which engagement is which.
The honest differences, side by side. If the right column is not obvious after reading it, that is a good reason to book a consultation rather than guess.

| Compare | Full Representation | Inclusive Unbundled Services | Drafts on Demand | Mediation | Child & Family Investigation (Upcoming) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| The attorney's role | Carries the entire matter | Represents you for agreed tasks | Drafts for you, behind the scenes | Neutral: represents no one | Neutral, appointed by the court |
| Who appears in court | The attorney, throughout | The attorney, for the agreed appearance | You do | No court appearance; sessions are private | The CFI, to present findings |
| Who prepares documents | The attorney | The attorney, within scope | The attorney | Parties draft; the mediator records terms | The CFI writes the report |
| Scope | The whole case, start to finish | Specific tasks, set out in writing | Defined documents only | Facilitated negotiation between both parties | Investigation and report on the child's best interests |
| Typical fee structure | Hourly, against a retainer | Flat fee per task | Flat fee per document | Session-based, usually shared | Court-set, capped by Colorado guidelines |
| Best when | The matter is complex, high-conflict, or you want one professional accountable for all of it | One part of the case is contested and the rest you can manage | The written record decides the matter and you're comfortable speaking for yourself | Both sides want to decide the outcome themselves and preserve the relationship | The court needs an independent view of what serves the child |
Mediation and Child & Family Investigation are neutral roles. In those capacities the firm represents no one, and cannot later represent either party in the same matter.

Ask about financingThe consultation
Start with a conversation that is actually worth having.
Consultations are paid, and they are substantive. You get an attorney's assessment of your position, the realistic options in front of you, and a straight answer about which level of support your matter needs, including when that answer is that you need less than you expected.

Common questions
No. Consultations are paid, and that is a deliberate choice. A free consultation is generally a screening call; ours is a working session in which you receive an attorney's actual assessment of your position and options. The fee is quoted before you book, with no surprises.
