About Inclusive Law Group

Care you don't have to take on faith.

This page is not a mission statement. It's what values look like in practice: pricing you understand before you commit, plain language, and a founder who tells you when you need less than she's selling.

Where this started

Built out of what was missing, not what was profitable.

Inclusive Law Group was not started to fill a gap in the Denver legal market. It was started because its founder went looking for exactly this kind of firm, as a client, and could not find it. Practicing law in Venezuela, losing all of it, and rebuilding from a paralegal desk in Colorado will teach a person precisely what a law firm owes the person sitting across from it, and precisely how often that debt goes unpaid.

So when Dr. Adriana Martinez Rodriguez opened these doors in 2024, the brief was specific: representation that tells you the truth about your case before it takes your money, pricing you can understand without a law degree, and cultural and linguistic fluency that never has to be explained twice.

That is not a mission statement, either. It is the reason this firm exists in the first place.

The "we care" problem

Every firm says that. Here is what we mean by it.

Care that only shows up in marketing copy is not care. It is copywriting. We would rather be the plainer version that actually holds up.

Compassionate, client-centered, we treat you like family: visit almost any law firm's website and you will find some version of that language, because it costs nothing to write and nothing to publish. Very little of it survives contact with an actual invoice, an actual returned phone call, or an actual hard conversation about whether you need what the firm is selling.

We are not asking you to take our word for it either. We are asking you to notice what is actually different here: pricing explained up front, whether that means a flat fee for defined work or a clear hourly rate for open-ended matters; support matched to what your matter needs, not to what generates the most billable hours; and a founder who will tell you, in a paid consultation you are free to walk away from, exactly when a smaller engagement is the right call.

What that looks like in practice

One standard. Not one size.

That approach decides how the firm is built, not just how a case is argued. Some matters are genuinely complex: significant assets, high conflict, a case that needs one professional accountable for strategy, drafting, and every appearance from the first filing to the final order. Others are not. A client confident enough to speak for themselves in their own hearing may need one document prepared to a professional standard and nothing else. Someone managing most of a case alone may need an attorney's judgment applied to exactly one contested piece. None of these is a smaller version of the others. They are different problems, and they get built differently.

  • You should understand your own case

Every explanation is given in language you can act on. If you leave a meeting unsure what happens next, we have not finished the meeting.

  • Support should match the matter

Recommending full representation to someone who needs a well-drafted motion is not service. It is a sales decision, and we don't make it.

  • Cost should be knowable in advance

Flat fees for defined work. Hourly where the matter genuinely demands open-ended attention, and said plainly, up front, either way.

  • Your context is part of the strategy

Culture, language, immigration status, and history are not background details. They shape what a good outcome even looks like for you.

Beyond legal representation

A legal matter is rarely only a legal matter.

Divorce has tax consequences. Immigration decisions reshape careers. Custody disputes leave marks that no order addresses. Retained clients are, where it would genuinely help, introduced to trusted independent professionals.

  • Accountants and tax professionals
  • Therapists and counselors
  • Financial advisors
  • Private investigators
  • Business advisors
  • Attorneys licensed in other states
  • Specialized legal counsel
  • Other vetted professionals

How referrals work

These professionals are independent. They are not affiliated with, employed by, or supervised by Inclusive Law Group, and the firm receives no compensation for an introduction. You engage them directly and on your own terms. The network continues to evolve as we meet practitioners worth recommending.

The consultation

Start with a conversation that is actually worth having.

Consultations are paid, and they are substantive. You get an attorney's assessment of your position, the realistic options in front of you, and a straight answer about which level of support your matter needs, including when that answer is that you need less than you expected.

Common questions

  • No. Consultations are paid, and that is a deliberate choice. A free consultation is generally a screening call; ours is a working session in which you receive an attorney's actual assessment of your position and options. The fee is quoted before you book, with no surprises.
