Consider the decisions together

Parenting and daily life

Parenting time, decision-making responsibilities, school schedules, and exchanges can affect both your family’s routine and financial planning.

Property, debt, and support

The home, retirement accounts, debts, child support, and spousal maintenance deserve attention as parts of the same financial picture.

Safety and other legal concerns

Tell the attorney about urgent deadlines, safety concerns, or possible immigration issues. Separate proceedings or services may require a separate engagement or referral.

Choose the scope your case needs

Full divorce representation

Attorney advocacy and case management within a written engagement: strategy, documents, disclosures, negotiation, and court appearances as agreed. Fees and any retainer are separate from the consultation. Appeals, post-decree work, and other proceedings are included only if expressly agreed.

Inclusive Unbundled Method

Limited-scope representation for specifically agreed tasks. You remain responsible for work outside that scope. This is a separate service—not full case management.

Drafts on Demand

Document-only preparation. No representation at any point, strategy, filing, service, negotiation, court appearances, or deadline monitoring. You remain responsible for your case.

Neutral mediation

A separate neutral role. The mediator does not represent or advocate for either party. Mediation is not divorce representation.

Start with a conversation about your case

One-hour consultation · $150

The $150 fee is for one hour of consultation, not a divorce package or retainer. Discuss your situation, questions, and possible next steps. Any ongoing representation requires conflict review, the firm’s acceptance, and a separate written engagement defining scope and fees. Court fees and third-party costs are separate.

Before you book

  • Scheduling opens the firm’s existing Zoho Bookings page. It requests your name, email, phone, case type, and a brief description. Select Family Law for a Colorado divorce consultation.
  • Keep the description general. Do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, immigration identifiers, confidential documents, or detailed sensitive facts. Ask the firm for an appropriate intake channel when more information is needed.
  • Review the booking provider’s displayed data-use and payment terms. Booking or submitting information does not retain the firm to handle your divorce, establish ongoing representation, or extend a court deadline.

On the booking page, choose “Initial Consultation - English” or “Consulta Inicial - Spanish,” then select an available time. Check the displayed time zone before continuing.
